Liability & insurance
Our services are based on the German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp 2017); for cross-border road transport the CMR applies, with liability of, as a rule, 8.33 Special Drawing Rights per kilogram of gross weight. On request we arrange, for your account, extended goods or transport insurance – particularly for high-value or sensitive goods.

Frequently asked questions about our services
What does transshipment-free direct transport mean?
With direct transport your consignment stays on the same vehicle from loading to unloading – there is no transshipment via a hub or warehouse. This shortens transit times, reduces the risk of damage and loss, and enables continuous GPS tracking with a fixed driver.
What is the difference between FTL and LTL?
FTL (Full Truck Load) means that a vehicle travels exclusively for your consignment – ideal for time-critical, large or sensitive goods. LTL (Less than Truck Load) combines several consignments on one vehicle and is economical when your volume does not require a full load space. We offer both as direct traffic.
Do you handle customs clearance for transports outside the EU?
Yes. For corridors to non-EU countries such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Norway we organise customs clearance and the required documents (including export/import clearance and the T1 transit procedure) so that your goods pass through the border without delay.
How quickly do I receive a quotation?
